Johari Window is in chapter 3, which help us to know our self esteem. Chapter 4 is about our perception towards other people. Listening skills also important in our lives. It is in chapter 5. We will listen to people who we like. In chapter 6, it is about verbal and nonverbal message. Both of it is important role in our communication. Chapter 7 is about verbal communication. Chapter 8 is nonverbal message which is emblems and others. Messages and conversation is in chapter 9. Chapter 10 is about universal in interpersonal relationships. It is about relationship in culture and technology. In chapter 13, it is about conflict. Conflict helps us to be more mature in life.
